a handful of dried fruit or a cup of
yogurt for the same amount of calories and
a lot more nutritional benefit. This will
upgrade your diet in general.
Tip 4: Yes, You Need To
Exercise
"Oh no" I hear! I am sorry but if oyu

off, exercise must beocme part of your
daily routine. Not a lot - 20 minutes is
all! No need for a gym membership or
anything else ... simply find a place in
your home and do whatever exercises take
your fancy. These could be walking around
the room, jogging around the room or on
the spot, skipping, etc. How about some
home-aerobics - you've seen it on the TV!
